Bijdrage in WordPress
Naar aanleiding van mijn vorige berichtje kreeg ik de volgende reactie:
Ze roepen altijd wel dat iedereen kan bijdragen aan Open Source producten, maar ik ken niemand in mijn omgeving die dat doet. Volgens mij is het maar een hele kleine elitaire groep mensen die dat soort dingen doet.
Nu kent die persoon mij. En ik draag bij aan Open Source producten. Ben ik nu elitair? 
Zoals jullie wel weten draait mijn blog op WordPress. Dit blog programma is open source en ik heb er in de loop der tijd redelijk wat aan gesleuteld om mijn ergernissen te verwijderen/wensen toe te voegen.
En aangezien ik eigenlijk best wel nieuwsgierig ben naar welke van die dingen uiteindelijk in de publiek beschikbare versie terecht zijn gekomen heb ik eens een inventarisatie gedaan:
Issues gemeld:
- Remove in 1.4
- Missing version 2.0.5 in Trac
- Export sends Content-Type twice
- Mark milestone 2.0.5 complete in Trac
- Upgrade to TinyMCE 2.1.0
- Milestones 2.0.9 and 2.1.1 should me marked as complete on the roadmap
Issues gemeld en gefixed:
- wpautop breaks style and script tags
- No HTTP Content-Type header on 404 page
- Incoming Technorati links can contain invalid characters
- WP_Scripts->_print_scripts and add_query_arg generate invalid links
